Jean and Naz in the cosmetics department (Lancome) Went out of their way for me! I needed a gift wrap and customer service refused to wrap a very small wallet for my homeboy's little girl's birthday. They wrapped it in under 5 minutes. Awesome job ladies! Customer Service should look at how it's done!! Again you saved me!!
