They don’t help you they had bad case of covd-19 I went to the hospital because I was sick and came back with my paperwork they kick me out and the winter they didn’t care and they don’t give you chance stop answering their phone only time they nice when they an inspection

Do not waist your time to come on this place ......there's no such thing as good or god people here when someone really in emergency of help .......would never ever recommend this place to no one not even my people I've fought with .....very very awful inhumane ...no heart people

The Boulevard is a respite shelter. You must be referred by a medical facility. We are located in the Garfield Park neighborhood . Please call 311 for your nearest shelter. If need be, go to your nearest hospital or police station and ask for shelter assistance. At 61 you may quailfy for senior housing.

Need a reference,try 10 s. Kedzie or 1 of the homeless intake centers(Catholic Charities).this place mainly takes elderly or handicap.they have a limit of stay of about 4 months.if you cant get in try PGM on canal,talk to consolers there,but try not to stay there too long
You have your own bed I'm not sure about a locker but you will find work and. They help you find an apartment it is good for getting your life back on track
You must have a referral by a licensed medical provider such as a DNP or usually a physician. There are hospitals that have partnerships with The Boulevard to fill some beds. Due to the high need and limited beds, there is a wait-list. It usually takes a little bit before people get admitted. The medical care provided to residents there is through their partnership medical providers through PCC.
