The Boulevard is a respite shelter. You must be referred by a medical facility. We are located in the Garfield Park neighborhood . Please call 311 for your nearest shelter. If need be, go to your nearest hospital or police station and ask for shelter assistance. At 61 you may quailfy for senior housing.
