It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. My family are long time customers, using this establishment for car detailing needs. In years past, the company did a fantastic job.' In January of this year I purchased a "new to me" used car, which needed a detail bad. The car had a very strong odor, and was not clean inside. Since I got a good deal on it in this market, I went ahead with the purchase and immediately scheduled a detail. My appt, was pushed back due to employees being sick on COVID, which I had no problem with. I decided to schedule the service for an internal detail and OZONE treatment when I went on a family vacation. I let them know I could drop it off on Friday evening, and would need it upon my return on Thursday morning before work. When I showed up on Thursday morning, the attendant had no knowledge of the state of my car. We finally located the keys after many minutes, ti find the car's battery was completely drained. No outside was was completed, and the inside still stunk. Even then, I needed to get to work so I paid the bill and was going to have the manager follow up. Even after, I noticed little things like clear stains on the inside of the windshield that were not cleaned. I did receive a call later that day for the store attendant letting me know my personal item were not returned to the car. I could not return that day, and returned a few days later to collect the items. The items could not be found, and too about 30 minutes to finally locate them. Since then I have called probably 8 times and left messages with attendants, as well as on the machine to discuss my dissatisfaction. No return calls gave been made to date, and at this point I need to share my experience. I normally prefer to handle matters like this in person, but given the lack of follow up, I decided to share my poor experience. While this was once a great establishment, customer service is no longer a priority for this company. If you do not have the staff to answer calls or follow up with dissatisfied customers, then you should shut your doors. If the owner sees this, please feel free to reach out, as my concerns have not been addressed. My name is Kevin, and you should have many messages from me.
