Bring your own cloth! The wash is pretty good and the trash/vacuums are nice. Like any I've been to, there are finishing touches that must be done by hand; front windows beside the mirrors, bugs on front grill, overhanging portion of hatchback, edges of back windows, occasional leftover water (spots). It's a shame they don't provide hand towels here. They offered to run me through again, but I'll reiterate my comments above. Gonna have to go to one of the others now, even if it's a buck or two or three more :(

Always helpful staff, reasonably priced membership, and well maintained equipment. The locations in Boise are superior to the ones I used to go to (and still liked) in Mississippi. Update: I have continued my membership, and they consistently are replacing the equipment brushes/cloths which is quite nice. Some places don't bother.

Alex the manager went above and beyond recently when I had a problem with a car part that fell off and was damaged. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and kindness. The employees and service here have always been excellent.
