Impossible to reach a live person . Tried chat and video chat which would not work with my app , Called and they kept me on hold from 4:30 to 5:00 pm and then just didn’t answer . This is absolutely ridiculous for a bank to handle customers . Gone to switch credit unions .

Absolutely! Deposits can be made in the branch Monday - Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. You can also use the Personal Teller Machine in the drive-up Monday - Saturday from 7 am to 7 pm. The ATM is also available to our members 24/7 for depositing cash or checks.
