Horrible management company , I lived with ROACHES for months at Park on Rosemeade in Dallas. I put in numerous work orders and they could never address the issue properly instead I was told how to do it myself. They didn't even have the keys ready for me because they gave me the wrong apartment when I moved in , so instead they gave me the MASTER key to all the apartments. Than they messed up my lease date LEASE DATE beyond a year. Than When I moved out a year later I get contacted by a debt collector i said I owed 1,112 dollars due to "damages" and would not provide with any documentation of said damages I finally got the ledger after months and now they are saying they are reporting me to the credit Bureau. They say I owe for a WASHER and DRYER. Which i had them removed THEIR WASHER and DRYER because paid for my own to get moved in. Now I call park on rosemeade and their say they are under different management company and cant help me . ABSOLUTELY WORSE EXPERIENCE.

Worked for this company around Denver. The people who worked at these properties were bullies. My wife and I worked at 2 separate properties that were dilapidated and poorly managed. They attempted to evict us for no reason with my wife fully pregnant. And although we never signed an employee lease kept harassing us for money we never owed. Be careful the management in this company is corrupt and unqualified.

Greedy people and accounting is a mess. They don't track well your payments thru years! Keep all receipts.
