I've been trying to get a hundred pound package delivered since May 20th. My special need kid wanted a trampoline for memorial day. The box came with holes in it and springs falling out. This a shipping company why not reinforce the box when you see it tearing up? At this point I will take the box in any condition and handle with the part department. Now drivers lying saying I'm refusing the package when they never been to my house. Customer service is a waste of time as well. Worst experience ever I don't recommend using FedEx.

Sent a fabric of less than 5lbs to africa on the 22nd of april 2022 paid for express whch the receipt say will be delivered on the 26th of April 2022. But as at this moment that i am typing this the 10th of may 2022 it has not been delivered. I came back to this store on what will the do about the disappoint because the frabric did not meet up my targeted time for use. They told me nothing can be done that i have to call fedex international which i did not go to post the fabr8c at. The first time i semt a fabric, it was delayed for 2 days. I should have learnt my lesson then. My advice is do not try doing international shipment with this store. You are not protected even with protection on your shipment 👎👎👎.
