Called me saying I have a loan with them. They had it "wrong" by the end of the phone call. Would give you less stars but google hasn't fixed that yet. Also expect a lot of phone calls from me when I am bored and need something to do.

CROOKS, LIERS... do NOT use, run away- fast. They charge to much interest. Hint- If you call corporate they will knock interest down to principle only. once you get loan paid, they REFUSE to give acknowledgement of paid in full or release .

Anna, if they put your ID number in wrong, they should be able to fix that if you call the store. Acceptable forms of ID would be anything issued by the government including a passport, state ID, as well as a driver's license. I hope that helps.
