Quick to help me when I got there and arranged for a car rental since my car could not be disgnosed immediately. A driver drove me to the car rental location. Customer service communicated with me the results of the diagnostic test and the cost to repair my car. When I drove back to get my repaired car. I was told the rental company would pick up the car at the Toyota dealership and the dealership paid the rental fees. My costs were only for the repairs to my car.

You can go to any Toyota location actually. Once they have your car on the record, you can also opt in for email reminders. I find it helpful because I don't want to put mediocre services on my hard-earned car. I have my Prius for 9 years. Never have major issues. My husband's, also has a Prius for 10 years, on the contrary, has been trying cheaper services anywhere else. He got tire pressure issues and, eventually, wheel bearing replacement. I made a believer out of him finally that cheap is not always best. He is going to Toyota services like me now. Hope this help!

You can go to auto zone & they will run a diagnostic scan for free, so you will know what the light or message means, before spending $$
I agree with Charlotte's answer. I don't know how much they are but I do know my step mom drives one and she loves it she traded her Camry in for it. But Texas Toyota of Irving is awesome!
