You can go to any Toyota location actually. Once they have your car on the record, you can also opt in for email reminders. I find it helpful because I don't want to put mediocre services on my hard-earned car. I have my Prius for 9 years. Never have major issues. My husband's, also has a Prius for 10 years, on the contrary, has been trying cheaper services anywhere else. He got tire pressure issues and, eventually, wheel bearing replacement. I made a believer out of him finally that cheap is not always best. He is going to Toyota services like me now. Hope this help!
