If only all medical visits were this friendly, efficient and helpful! I took a nasty spill during my morning run and had bad scrapes on both knees and palms, and I ended up going to this UNC Urgent Care location on a Sunday. I called and spoke to Denise, who was an absolutely delightful person. She said I could come on by, no need to wait. She even shared info for a few other nearby urgent care offices that were open Sundays. When I arrived there were a couple people in the waiting area. Denise had me fill out some paperwork, but since my primary care is with UNC, it was a really easy process. The few people who were waiting were seen quickly, and I waited about 5 minutes before a nurse took me back. She and the doctor were friendly and respectful. They helped clean out my cuts and dressed the wounds, even gave me a couple bandages for when I redress them. Everyone was so nice, and I really appreciated their compassion and help.

Seriously, I think that was the best healthcare I've ever received. I sliced my fingertip off with a mandolin and was able to drive over and be seen immediately! I was probably only there about a half hour and was given everything I need to care for my wound. The staff, nurse and doctor were great. I was really impressed and will definitely go back!

Very organized and well informed. The front desk staff were patient and helpful, the wait wasn’t long, my nurse was kind and understanding, and the doctor was very kind and funny. They give detailed responses and don’t rush. 10/10

Waited for half an hour for my grandmother in FATAL condition. Just for them to tell me and my brother after 30 minutes of waiting to put a mask on or step out. Very unprofessional and rude. Also EXTREMELY slow for it to be an URGENT care and ER.
