Worst McDonald's in California. I have been to this location many times, and every single time I tell myself don't go back !!! Why do I do it ? I have no idea? This McDonald's is ran by a cheap franchise owner, they will charge extra for anything you can think of. The order is absolutely never correct, for example I order a mcdouble and get a McChicken, I ask for mayo on a burger they say that will cost extra, and put ketchup instead of mayo, order a large fry and get a small. Big Mac has no special sauce. After waiting between 20-30 minutes for fast food is still considered fast food? I have had enough of this McDonald's!!! I would rather drive to Ukiah or clearlake 45 mins away then ever support this place again. The last and final thing I will say is that the service is absolutely horrible, I have never encountered a single employee who is polite. I have called the number on the reciept to complain at which I was told I would "receive a call back" Hopefully the cheap franchise owner decides they are in the wrong business, and gives up.

My wife and I pulled up and ordered 1 large French fries there were 2 cars in front of us it took 10 minutes just to pay for the order my wife gave the guy the money and it took him 5 minutes to give her change back so 15-20 minutes just to get fries at 3 in the afternoon can't imagine what it's like at dinner time soooo much for fast food OH I FORGOT THEY CHARGED US ALMOST 5 BUCKS FOR 1 LARGE FRIES GEEEEZ

Strawberry milkshake was so delicious after me starting my day early went and got a shot in my foot for the pain my doctor mentioned I could have surgery done to take the bone spur out and lift my Arch back up that means 3 months in a cast and a year to heal it has not been very good walking so I think I'm going to let him know I'll go for it better now than later it's getting that bad and after the doctors appointment I went to DMV to renew my driver's license before Friday which is no good on Saturday they want you to renew it before your birthday. Sure would love to have a cake with cool wipe frosting with strawberries in it bananas fresh cherries

Last time I was there I sat 20 minutes next to their door because they always have you pull around place sucks I won't buy anything there ever again seems like every person working there is some gen z and they don't know nothing never going back McDonald's can bite it
