One star for management. 5 stars for the employees. We frequent this restaurant multiple times a week. Between the lobby being closed, the broken order speaker, broken headsets, and paper signs displayed everywhere, the smiling employees always seem to deliver the best meal they possibly can. Even despite soaring temperatures, and literal HEAT pouring out of the drive thru window from the long time broken air conditioning, the wonderful staff there make it a decent experience and deserve the highlight for keeping this franchise open. Hard times or not, management should be ashamed of its general lack of upkeep and maintenance. Hope to see improvement soon.

Worst service ever drive-though demanding me get out my truck and pick up a penny that she didn't catch in her hand. I said no I have another. then refused she flipped out try to give my money back and threaten to call the cops on me .... Burger King step up your management

Masks required and bucket to collect the money thru the drive thru...Updates just the other day 2/4/2022 I had court, so I use the Transit from Clearlake to Lakeport! After court we walk all the way to Burger King uphills ect to eat burger king, after we got there, doors were closed but I seen a worker on her break, so I ask if we can purchase some burger king, she went to ask the manager and manager said NO. A 5 star service "customer always right" I had blisters from my dress shoes from the walk...
I've never gotten sick from this Burger King they are good clean employees that work hard and the food is what it's supposed to be the general manager Esperanza make sure that her stuff takes care of everything properly
