I was "helped" today by a young woman named Beti at the pharmacy drive-thru window. She'd asked if I had any questions for the pharmacist about my prescription and after misunderstanding my question over the Intercom, she came to the window. She asked again, and I inquired about my dosage; to which she responded, "The instructions are on the bag." I'm not illiterate. I was asking a more specific question that nonetheless went unanswered after she continously cut me off to repeat how the instructions can be found on the bag. Poor customer service and potentially harmful when it comes to something as important as dosage. Instead of just saying, "I'm not understanding your question. Let me get the pharmacist to assist you." I thought of calling CVS to speak to a pharmacist, but what use is it if my call is redirected back to Beti. It was my fault for not asking to speak directly to the pharmacist at the window, instead of the unnecessary back and forth with Beti; I called my doctor. *Always ask to speak to a licensed pharmacist for serious inquiries that cannot be "found on the bag" about your prescription.

Pulled up a few minutes before they closed, waited in a line at the drive up, and watched them close the curtains on me as I pulled up at exactly their closing time. They really could care less over there

Went back and forth with another pharmacy in fox lake for 3 days regarding my dad’s insurance. It was urgent to get the scripts filled. We transferred it here to CVS Roundlake and the pharmacist found his insurance right away. She picked up the phone, (yes she sounded busy too) but she picked up and was polite and got it done. Thank you!!!
