Although the kids like the chicken Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired Went to Round Lake KFC spent 47 dollars Ordered potato wedges not knowing they are no longer available and rather then being told they weren’t available They replaced the item with fries after calling and complaining I was told it’s not worth it for them to give me a credit . Well sorry you feel that way and maybe you don’t need the customers either

This KFC is fantastic and the people were very friendly with me. I gave them a coupon for 10 pieces legs and thighs and they honored it and they were hot and fresh and fantastic. I tried to use the coupon at Vernon Hills the other evening and they told me they were done cooking chicken at 6:30 p.m. when they close at 9 p.m. so they didn't honor it. So now I have to drive to Round Lake for a fantastic k f c.

I was in round lake KFC and ordered 2 chicken breasts I got one and a thigh I called and Camron told me I has to bring the chicken back tonight I said I couldn't I had to go work he told me to call into work if I didn't go to work I probably would not have a job and if I didn't go to work and I don't need the chicken because I wanted lunch at work

the chunky guy that typically works the window with the long nasty nails needs to watch his tone. you didn’t listen to me & got my order wrong and then had the audacity to give me attitude over it. i’ll come back when he doesn’t work there anymore or showers & cuts his nails. gross.
