I came across these apartments on my google search, I was looking for a place as fast as possible. When I called the first time to inquire about pricing and availability, Yaritza was very informative and friendly and genuinely wanted to help. I was placed on a call list and they were very responsive every time i either called or sent an email. The staff, specially Yaritza worked with me to finally get myself into a unit that best fit me and my family. Since I moved in, the staff continues to be very approachable, friendly, efficient and helpful. Communication between tenants and management is never an issue as like i stated before, they are very responsive and quick. Maintenance is also quick, they fix any issue you have very quickly and efficiently. overall, I am very happy with the community and all the staff. Community is always clean! My kids love it here!

We moved in a little over one month ago now. They worked with us in allowing us to move in a few days sooner than we originally thought which helped a lot because we were coming from another apartment complex. When we moved in, there were a few things that needed to be fixed right away, and within an hour of moving in, they came to fix the things. Anything that has needed fixing within the past month, Yaritza has been very responsive and the maintenance guys have been so quick while doing a great job. So far, this is our favorite place we have lived yet. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are courteous of each other. We are in our late 20's, with no kids, and home bodies. This is the perfect place for us at this time in our lives. No "issues" yet! :)

Moving to Coventry Glen Apartments was the best decision for our family. Our apartment is lovely and the amenities are plentiful. We especially appreciate the courteous staff and management. Yaritza, at the front office, helped us along the process of completing all leasing details. Yaritza was especially mindful of ensuring we had everything needed for our move in date. She is always a phone call away. The maintenance staff is professional, knowledgeable, & quick. We appreciate how peaceful and clean the community is. The nature views are beautiful and our apartment is more than we expected. Very pleased.

Yaritza in the office really helped me out by getting back to me quick with any questions I had and she was on top of it. I didn’t have a hard time moving in and I’m so happy I chose these apartments, the community is great as well as the apartment itself.
