The office staff is a joke. The simplest task (replying to an email) couldn't be completed. Plus, they "lost" my application. Took three months and still no answers. They wasted my time!

Lived here for 10 years. There are new owners of mobile home community. Management is terrible. So many problems! They rush to get in new mobile homes to get more money but don’t care about the people that have been here for many years. Nothing but problems with water meters that have been installed, water main break, roads are terrible, and you request someone to do repairs on pipes going into ground that are leaking and no one shows up even though they state that an order has been put in. Has new contract with new garbage company and gave us recycle can for regular garbage. Complained it was not big enough they got us regular garbage cans. Told us they would go around to pick up recycle can to replace with regular and never did! The people in the office are extremely rude and never available. They are more concerned about their leases and their rules and care nothing about the residents in the community. Community residents has no voice and it’s definitely one sided. I could go on and on. I have called corporate office several times with no return call. For anyone looking into moving here……I advise you look elsewhere.

I read some reviews they are local guide reviews from 1 yr-3 yrs saying this is a good place, see you all should get back on here, I'm not sure if half these people live here anymore, and the local guide reviews don't count cause they don't …
