WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU LIKE RUDE/LAZY SERVICE…. I ORDERED THE 4 PIECE TENDER MEAL & I FOUND PIECES OF HAIR IN MY TENDER MEAL I AM SOO DISGUSTED & will never eat KFC AGAIN!!

Employees were not manning the front register. We stood there 5 minutes, an employee in the drive thru area looked at us 3 times and said nothing and didn’t help us until an employee from the back yelled up that we were there. They are more concerned about the drive thru. 2 other groups came in the lobby, we were handed our food and she walked away from the other people standing there without saying a word to them. I gave 2 stars because the food is actually good. Just very poor service.

Employee was rude had to repeat my order 6 times ordered barbecue wings they forgot the sauce they only have two jobs cook it and serve it the correct way. Manager needs to do there job.it won't let me give no stars so I'm forced into a better review then it is.

The restaurant itself is well maintained with a nice decor inside. No dining in but walk ins and drive thru at the moment. Took awhile before someone came to take my order and when they finally did, she put ice in my drink when I asked for none. Waited another 5 minutes to get the correct drink. 15 minutes later, I got my order and when I left, realized I got a wrong drink. Service was not good that is why I gave a 3 star but the food was.
