So one night a lady tells me she doesnt shut the Showers down like some others do so come in whenever and then again to night Im told only Truck driver after 10pmso then i ask what time can normal NOT truck drivers take a shower he tells me in morning i say l what time hes like umm huh uummm well I said like 5 or 6 he said ya and that ended that call. Im starting to thi k corprats doesnt have clue at all that there turning away @o mu h $$$$

I've been here twice while staying down the road and the workers are so kind and helpful, and the doors are exceptionally clean, the entire store is super clean and well kept. The cashier Bryce was really good at his job and definitely made my night with his positive attitude! I've stopped at many truck stops, and this one is the best!

I live in Washington and when I visit Redding I always stop at this truck stop. I have always had a great experience, however, my visit Friday morning was not a good experience at all. The cashier, Jessica, was acting very dramatic and was extremely loud. It made standing in line very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I also felt as though she was annoyed at the customers waiting to be helped because she seemed much more interested in socializing and sometimes just ignored customers all together. I was really disappointed about my last experience at this location. I would normally recommend this place with 5 stars, but cannot do that in light of this rude and disrespectful employee. Hopefully changes can be made so I don't have to ind a different place to fill up my car when i come back to town.

Service department will pull you in to the bay with out having the part you need. And than charge you latter because they worked on checking what needs to be replaced 🤣🤣 so funny when I told the mechanic why you guys want to start the job …

Yes, there's no designated overnight parking area though. The truckers park all along the side of the road as well especially down by the freeway south entrance.

"Truck stops" are a business based on trucks buying fuel, and from the store. They also offer truck parking, because it encourages customers to come. If you are not in a truck, then you are not part of their business model, and they can ask you to leave to make room for customers. I don't know what kind of vehicle you were in, but if it was an old motor home or a passenger vehicle, then I would understand them asking you to move, because otherwise they would be filled up with homeless in no time, and have no room for their customers. If you are needing to just park overnight, I would talk to the manager on duty and tell them when you would be leaving, and see if they will give you permission. It is still up to them, but if you ask, and have a specific leave time agreed on, you will have a much better chance of getting permission. Or, you can pull over to the turnout on the southbound on ramp, and hide behind the trucks that park there lol
EBT as in foodstamps and NOT as in EBT cash debit right? Because if I'm understanding correctly some may refer to their bank account debit cards as their EBT card. But the government federally funded food stamps program actually also refers to the card containing a means to actually purchase food items. TA here in Redding, California unfortunately does NOT accept EBT- foodstamps card, however, there is a Dollar General store that does and as u pull out of the TA truck spot u take a RIGHT and continue to follow all this way til the road ENDS and then at the very end u turn RIGHT and continue for about 1MILE on RIGHT HAND SIDE u will see the DOLLAR GENERAL sign. =]
