This is the second time this month that I was able to work with Robert Flores and his team of other drivers with Classic Charter. I want to commend them for being flexible and understanding. When you manage three busses with over 100 elementary students going on trips can be overwhelming. Fortunately, Robert and his team of two other drivers are easy to work with and very accommodating. They understand that when dealing with children there are many events and occasion where some changes needed to be made and they take it with an smile and understanding. I am very please with the quality of service and their efforts to ensure we have a pleasant and safe trip. They are amazing to work with.

Have to give this company 5 stars, mostly because of Rodrigo Clark. I left my purse and phone on one of the charter buses and he was nice enough to keep it safe and coordinate with me and my family so I could get it back. He was a lot of help, very cooperative and very kind to be keep us informed of my items. Thank you Rodrigo! You rock!

Vic took our school class to San Juan Batista and he did a great job caring for us and engaging with the kids in a positive way! Definitely recommend him for all trips and school trips especially!

I used this company twice in September 2021 for rides to and from the Giant Forest Museum in Sequoia National Park and Visalia. If the park shuttle service had been running, I would have taken it due to the substantially lower cost. However, due to COVID, it was not running (it also doesn't run after Labor Day). The ride to Sequoia was planned well in advance and went smoothly. Val Mota, the driver, was personable and professional. The car was clean and nice (Lincoln Navigator). He dropped my hiking partner and myself off for a 9 day backpacking trip. We had not made exit arrangements as we were unsure if we were going to exit on the west side of the park. In fact, a closure on the east side of the park meant that we had to exit on the west. There was no cell signal to arrange a ride back. Several days later I contacted my wife by satellite text and asked her to call the company to arrange for a ride out and, oh, by the way, did they have my sunglasses (left in the car?)? The staff remembered us and did arrange the pickup at a time that we specified. Once we exited the back country, we waited for our ride to come. Had it only been that simple! A couple of fires had been ignited in the park a couple of days prior and suddenly the road from the south to the park was closed to our ride. I was able to get to use a landline (thanks to Ranger Jeff), and hang on until the answering service picked up (it was a Saturday afternoon). The answering service understood our situation and got us through to the dispatcher who pulled me in to a conversation with our driver (Val again) who was already en route. Val did an estimate in his head, told us not to worry and showed up a half hour early as the situation in the park worsened. Val was just as great going back to Visalia the long way as he had been dropping us off. The plums he gave us were great (he had also given us some on the way in). He didn't complain that we had not been able to shower after our 9 days. He had my sunglasses. All of the folks associated with this company were professional. Thanks!

Does classic charter take people to local casinos

Hello, currently we don’t have single tickets to casinos only private groups that rent the entire vehicle.

Recently went on a trip using your bus and ive got to say your services are disappointing. 1st off we couldnt use the restroom on the bus unless we had diarrhea?? Really??? Please explain that. Then having the kida clean your bus before we exited.
