Great service. I walked in knowing what I generally wanted. Staff spent about two hours giving me the pros and cons of the different brands and styles. After narrowing down the style I wanted staff gave me professional input on how the boots should feel and not feel. Having worn the boots for approximately 30 miles of trail hiking I now understand that the advice provided by staff was excellent and accurate. Overall a great experience and I will be going back in the future if I need any boot repairs, or purchase another pair.
