Kind of run down...not sure if it is up-to-date as far as earthquake code is concerned...neighborhood seems kinda sketchy, lot of Hispanic immigrants (not that that's a bad thing), but, friendly and convenient...close to grocery stores, lots of restaurants, fast-food places...biggest drawback is close to liquor stores (not sure about crime statistics), but, if you can get in there, seems fine. 😉 hope this helped!
