Stopped in this afternoon to grab a couple burritos. The young lady working in the kitchen did not speak a lick of English. So I assume the really tall lady with her hair braided is the person running the store. I asked her to translate to the young lady what I wanted, like I said she did not understand any English. Then on the second burrito I asked her to do the same. So she did??? I noticed the girl in the kitchen did not stop over and the section with cheese, sour cream and avocado! So I asked the tall lady if she would ask the young lady if she added the cheese, sour cream & avocado? She said "Yes she did!" So once I got home there was no cheese, sour cream or avocado on that burrito. So I tried called 3x and someone would pick up the phone and hang up. So I drove back to the store and the same tall lady was up front stocking produce as was a young lady named Lupita. I was asked if they could help me? I said yes I would like a refund. All of a sudden the tall lady spoke no English and Lupita was kind enough to translate. Then the tall lady rudely shooed off Lupita. When she should have thanked her if anything. She was talking to the girl from the kitchen for a few minutes and then she walked away. The tall lady just stood there not saying anything. I asked if I could get a refund? She said rudely "JUST WAIT A MINUTE"! I have no problem with waiting. I assume she is the store manager because if she is just a rude, incompetent employee she needs some defiant gaudiness. If she is management you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing such a poor mannered person to be managing your store. Kudos to Lupita!
