I ordered couple foods and they sent the one of the order wrong. I called to let them know about it and the person didn't understand what I said. So I asked to talk to manager and she said that the manager will come to the store at 4 pm. But no one called. I was surprised because it was the first time that happened. I will wait and see if any one will ever return my call.

They're was only one waitress there and it was very busy and she killed it did a really good job worked hard and made sure we had everything we needed very friendly and for how busy she was she was doing a really good job don't remember her name but she did such a good job would definitely come back

I usually like everything I order from shari's. Prices are fair, and food comes out on time. I like the breakfast and hamburgers the most I guess. They are pretty good with deserts too, their big thing is the pies.
