Management is in need of complete overhaul. The manager is a very abrasive individual. He really needs to brush up on his people skills. If you were on fire and he had a glass of water, he'd drink it and then give you a lease violation because your screams caused a noise disturbance.

Hector is in too much control he does not report things as he should an he’s covering up a lot of stealing and a lot of harassment and poor customer service. I was just hung up on today by hector after he gave me a lease violation for having 4/5 kids at the pool all under the age of 5 he had my car towed on Christmas Eve an I had to pay 400$ to get it out of tow then he charged me 400$ extra in late rent during the pandemic after he had the car towed. I’ve lived here for two years and every time I talk to him it’s this queen attitude of “well you can leave” so I’ll be doing just that horrible place to live
