Sold all my FedEx stocks, this company has no future!!! Customer service is horrible, they hire offshore call center who I can barely understand a word to deal with their US employees delivering expensive packages and just left outside of our building door, wide open to the street! Our camera recorded the whole thing, but no one cares to help me get a refund except promised would call me back, but nothing. IF I HAVE A CHIOCE, I would not use FedEx or USPS!

Best service !! Thanks for your great service and help Michelle. Never go to Walmart FedEx on site. Avoid them they don't care about customers. I got the worst experience there before coming here. But this FedEx store have great staff, helpful and courteous. Thanks

This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I was extremely stressed and Zak was so kind and helpful. He made the entire process so easy. He was very clear when explaining pricing options. He searched the store to find the perfect sized box for one of my items and helped me figure out the best way to fit the unusually shaped item in the box. Honestly, Zak preserved my sanity on one of the most stressful days of my year (moving across country). His kindness and positivity is contagious! This location is fantastic!
