This is for the overall experience at Mercedes Benz of Monterey . . . I scheduled my 2021 model for maintenance (including a courtesy vehicle) & upon arrival I am told I cannot drive a courtesy vehicle as I am not 25-years-old. ( I am 24-years-old). I am then told a can be booked a Lyft ride (limited miles one way) which doesn't work with my workplace location. My car is completed a few hours later than estimated (no biggie, I am pretty easy going). A part was improperly placed and I needed to take the vehicle back in for them to correct it which was more time in the shop without needed transportation. I haven’t had either issue at the other Mercedes’ I have taken my vehicle into and therefore will not be going back to Mercedes’ of Monterey.

What an impressive car buying experience at Mercedes of Monterey. Small store feel with a great selection of new and pre-owned cars. Yahaira and Q were knowledgeable, helpful, supportive - not pushy and open to working with you. The close out process was as fast as could be but of course always longer than anyone wants. As a repeat buyer of Mercedes (SUVs and Cabriolets) it won’t be my last visit to the Monterey store. Keep up the great service.

We went to look at an used Porsche Macan. Yahaira helped us. The car was ready and waiting for us at the appointment time. She made everything easy from looking at the features of the car, the test drive, closing the deal and completing the paper work.
