Incredibly rude and condescending OBGYN receptionists. I could not be more dissatisfied with my experience at this location. At both my 15 and 20 week check up’s we received inconsistent and inaccurate information from the receptionists. The scheduling system is completely flawed and the staff lacks any empathy or compassion for their clients. Enter at your own risk, you will certainly leave disappointed.

I brought my to the ER. When she was discharged one of the nurses came in, Joel. (This is not the first time he has treated my mom like this) He comes in and doesn't even introduce himself. Just comes in and makes it feel like we are a waste of his time. My mom isn't able to bear weight on both legs since one is broken. While standing up using a walker for help, Joel just takes the ER bed and moves it out of the way to make room for a wheelchair. Not even caring that he bumped the bed into my mom making her almost lose her balance and when he said that he had her, his hands were never on her when this happened. He just blew my mom off and wasn't considerate at all and belittled my mom telling her that she was just perfectly fine. This man needs to be off of the floor treating patients and fired! No one should ever have to feel like they are a "waste" of someones time while in the ER! The ER is a place to go for people to get help.

I saw the midwives at this clinic and had my daughter at the hospital. Jen and Tracey were amazing! They took their time, always answered my questions, and gave me peace of mind as it was my first pregnancy. The nurses and staff in the hospital were also wonderful. Thank you for great care!

First off I'm not sure why people left a two Star but wrote a positive review?? That's messed up peeps! Anyhow I had a gall bladder surgery and the staff/surgeons were amazing! I was in/out in 12 hours and recovering at home with no complications. Very happy with the service provided here, and it's not so busy like other hospitals!
