We have been trying to get treatment at the pain clinic for three weeks now, for pain that is so severe that prevents my fiance from functioning in simple everyday things, let alone work, make decisions, think, sleep, eat even. But today, "oh oops we double-booked you to see both your PCP and the pain clinic doctor within the same day", and "oh oops that was our mistake, but insurance won't allow you to see 2 doctors within FMC in one day, so oops we apologize for that but there is nothing we can do, so you'll have to indure your pain for two more days on top of the previous 3 weeks". I am sure many others that seek treatment from them are similarly affected by their pain. But get that, the first appointment with them is not the intake, but an orientation to let you know how the pain clinic works. Then after a week minimum they do the actual intake after which the treatment can begin. You'd think that for severe problems like chronic pain they would explain how they operate and do the intake in a single appointment to expedite the process and offer treatment faster, but no luck.

Over the last five years I have received wonderful medical care at this facility. It is easy to schedule appointments, the staff and doctors are friendly, and they also have a food bank attached to the clinic. This has been a very great blessing to me during my stay in Fort Collins. This was my original review. However lately I have felt a strange tension whenever I go there. And yesterday I was informed that they have disenrolled me as a patient. They sent me a certified letter, but because I am not home during business hours I haven't been able to sign for it. When I phone them there is zero explanation of why they made this decision. So beware that they can turn against you on a dime and cast you to the wolves. I depend on them for prescription meds and they don't care at all.

10/19/21 I told the nurse NO to a flu injection and that led this very obese and unhealthy person to start being agitated and aggressive. Dr Smith followed with that I the parent can be banned from there . Again this comes from us saying NO . He had it were I was in a corner with him blocking my path .that is an action of threat ,intimidation of medical care of a child with permanent disease . I find a massive lack in professional ethics in this facility. I will research and find care some were safe for my child . Edit July 18 once again over the word NO . We have staff crying and now pushing for us to find care elsewhere. Please be advised this site has issues if you say no to anything . They will use CPS to get their way or police even if you have them on video in act of bad behavior or going against you the parent

Salud Health at the intersection of Blue Spruce and Willox in NFOCO. UC Health at Harmony and Timberline, SFOCO. Medical Center of the Rockies, or MCR in Loveland off I-25. To name a few. Poudre Hospital has always kept me alive. And I've been an inpatient there MANY times.
