Service was overall okay. Their contract is a copy of a copy of a copy about a dozen times over and was illegible. I ended my service with them on July 12th and was told I would receive a refund check in 1-2 weeks. We are almost two months away about 12 phone calls later. I was told first they didn't have the right address, which I gave to them when I closed my account specifically for the refund check. They asked for it. So I gave it again a few weeks after closing since no check arrived. Then I was told it would be 1-2 weeks for my check from them. Still no check. Then I was told it will be 60 days. 60 days from when? Today? Still no check and almost two months after closing my account. I try to ask for manager apparently was out on a delivery won't be back till next week. That's a long delivery, aka the run around. Blaming the refund department but won't let me talk with them.

Called for my dad who isa military vet and Senior Citizen living in a RV. I asked very politely about delivery. They said they " Do Not" deliver to RV'S VERY RUDELY. Website needs to be corrected to elaborate what they do deliver for.

These questions go to Google reviewers. But I was in there a few weeks ago and saw them and ask them about it. They said yes they do sell them.
They do have technicians that can service tanks.
We are licensed by the State of California to recertify DOT cylinders (including 20lb BBQ tanks). In Hayward, our fee for doing the inspection is $25 per cylinder. When you consider the recertification period is 5 years and the fee does not include hardware or a refill, we encourage our BBQ tank users to simply use our tank exchange service when it's time to retire a cylinder. You are entitled to keep or exchange the tank as you prefer but it's more economical to simply exchange an out of date tank (it comes with gas) vs. paying for re-certification plus the cost of your refill. Recertification makes more sense when you have a larger DOT cylinder that would cost more to replace and cannot be replaced through an exchange program.
We sell portable (DOT) cylinders in a variety of sizes but we also re-certify DOT cylinders when they meet the standards and pass the required inspection. Please contact us for additional information about the tanks we carry and the standards for recertification.
