so disappoint with their service, I purchased the tires for 70K miles warranty, but during the 40K+ miles, the tire can not be rotated and need the new tire. the reason is that we need to do the rotation every 6k miles and alignment

Thank you Juan and Javier! I know you were just doing your jobs but you did what Wally (tow company) would not. You helped a stranded mother and daughter by repairing the flat tire damaged by a road hazard last night. You took care of us at 7 p.m. and got the tire back to working order just hours after I put on the spare. We were able to get back home safe and sound. I checked the tire this morning and it is as good as new. We are so appreciative and grateful to the both of you and wanted to share this with others.

Pathetic experience. It all started with flat tire, the other day, I couldn’t fill up my rear tire so I asked their mechanic to look at the tire but he said it was okay. The following day same tire went flat and I went to Cosco Hayward for repair, after 1 and half hour wait my car tire was good. But the following day my car was swaying towards right so I took it back to Costco for balancing (note I had already done wheel alignment at Honda couple of weeks ago) after balancing it even became worst so the same evening I went in for tire rotation at costco and pressure check but nothing made a change! I took several appointments at costco to get it fixed, but even with appointments I had to wait 1 and half hour to 2 hrs, they are always short on staff. After visiting the same tire center for 4-5 visits I gave up and took my car to Honda as the Costco representative said there might be some mechanical damage. I had to get my wheel alignment done again at Honda and turns out Costco Mechanics had over inflated my tires and the pressure was 42 PSI!!! Horrible experience, lack of mechanics and don’t even bother to book an appointment. I wish there was an option to give 0.5 stars!!
