I called asking for a leptospirosis vaccine for my dog since we just moved to a area with lots of wild animals and they refused to give my dog the shot before scheduling a appointment with a veterinarian. I told the receptionist he is ok, and we already have a Vet, I really just needed him to get that vaccine to protect him and prevent any leptospirosis infection. Then I said, ok I see I don’t have other option, you can go ahead and schedule for my dog to see the doc and the vaccine. She said she can’t schedule it until I pay $65 non refundable fee to save his spot. I told ok, and asked her if she could just give me one hour to ask my boss for a break, go get my credit card in my car and call you back. She no, she can’t save spots.?? I told her ok I will call another veterinarian, she said ok, good luck. NOBLE, your receptionist ruining your business with her bad attitude and terrible costumer service!!!
