The info given stated the address was on 4th Ave and Union Sq. I walked for AN HOUR back and forth over the park looking for the address, which is actually between 6th and 7th Avenues. Was going for a mammogram WITHOUT WEARING DEODORANT, only to be told I had to reschedule my appointment. No ma'am, no sir...I WILL NOT use them again!! Too unprofessional AND I couldn't even reach them via phone. Smh

Arrived for a 9:45am appointment 30 minutes ahead of time like they asked, so 9:15am. Sat in the waiting room until 10:45am so just walked out and cancelled my exam. No apology, no urgency, just a smug sense that their time is more valuable then yours.
