Absolutely terrible service. The cashier doesn’t say a single word to take my order, then our food starts getting cold so we have to ask for it while they’re talking. We get home and our flautas are completely burnt, in addition to being poorly prepared, to makes matters worse the arroz and frijoles were missing. We then call and they say we are being illogical and a refund is not necessary.

I found a long Orange Blonde Hair in my hot Cheetos burrito!! I was not trying be rude about the whole situation since I came to this restaurant several times before however the employees DID NOT CARE!! I found the hair once I was back home, so I called them to asked if I can come back to get a new one, which I did and brought in the old burrito with the hair in it. However they did not seem to care or even apologize to me in person. Also to mention I still had to wait for them to make me a new burrito which took at-least 15 minutes....I don’t understand why I had to wait when I called prior to it????? It was a huge Inconvenience for me and will definitely not be returning to this location. The employees need to be more caring when handling a DISGUSTING situation like the one I experience.
