Came to Emerson Urgent Care in Hudson on Labor Day. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, helpful and professional. They were running behind schedule due to short staffing on the holiday, but they kept me informed, which I appreciated. Nicole the MA was particularly helpful and a great representative of the clinic.

Not a great experience. Went in and waited about 45 minutes outside (which was fine) but then when I got called in for the doctor I waited another hour in the room. I could have dealt with the wait, but was more annoyed at the fact that they apparently don't bill as urgent care - they bill as a specialist appointment. While my insurance doesn't require a referral for urgent care, they do require one for specialist appointments, so I had to deal with getting that after the fact to avoid a billing headache. I wish they would tell you that up front; they didn't inform me until I saw it on the end-of-appointment paperwork.

Seamless from start to end. Gave me an appointment for right after I called and check in was smooth. Seen quickly and everyone was super nice!

I had an excellent experience at Emerson Urgent Care. It was an efficient check in and overall easy and fast process. My PA, Sukhjit, was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and showed concern for my injury. The care team, including Maria and Caroline, were professional and understanding. They made is a convenient and helpful experience.
