The selection was very good. The pricing was OK. The staff were a mix of very friendly to "obviously unhappy about being there". If you hate you r job, don't take it out on me. Get another job and move on! I don't want to put the whole place down for a couple of bad actors though.

We found the greatest sandals for my toddler grandson.. just like Teva's but light up when he walks. He loves them and the shoe is very well made for a reasonable price.

If I could give famous footwear a negative star review that would sum them up as a company. On not only one but to separate occasions I had purchased online from the fact of avoiding the store during the pandemic on not only me but both occasions I received a complete different size shoe, on not one but both occasions not only was their employees completely rude about the situation but yet offer zero help and turn their problem into my problem both of these orders were gifts that both ended up being late, to top it off I just was told the there is nothing they can do for me over the phone and I need to see a store mind you the nearest store is half hour away in another county mid pandemic here I am traveling there to return their mistake well you guessed it I get there just to be charged another .07 cents for a different county tax again for their mistake. The whole time they just make it out to be not their problem. If anyone is reading this and thinking about ordering do yourself a favor and don’t spend your money somewhere else that actually cares about their customers and the experience they have with them.
