Hotel it self was very clean but we were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working fully the jets weren't blowing fully and the room had an odd smell. They need more staff to come check pool area for un attended kids or horse play. Also looked like the starbucks wasn't open 24 hrs.

Only had one issue that was the ac wasn't working well. We called and they said that's how it is. We aren't stupid been to many hotels and no way that the lowest the ac gets the room is 70 degrees. My wife and I love a freezing room. So it was hard to sleep in a somewhat warm room.

Very nice stay in general, clean room, great place for families. I could not give five stars due to poor customer service at the breakfast area...long wait, short staffed, rude cashier.

After a wedding license, federal ID, Marriott Elite Reservation, and… driving for three hours with little kids… don’t expect the hotel staff to understand the “changed” last name (credit card/reservation). One can “slice” this in multiple ways… but simply put… it’s the lack of understanding (front desk) and empathy related to finding a solution they lack. Still a fan of Marriott but beware of this one.
