Me and my family loved our stay. Clean, modern room, with great staff and service, what else you need for your vacation. Room has modern look and feel, far far away from old gloomy rooms of other hotels. Good breakfast and great staff. Best part I liked about is the hangout place and recreation space in the hotel. Only thing I missed is microwave in room(though it is available in common area for use) but that will not reduce any starts.

Positive: The staff was very friendly & welcoming. Negative: Although, the room was extremely basic & reminded us of a college dorm room. The worst thing was the mattress. The most uncomfortable bed I¿ve ever had! If okay w/ a basic room then you¿ll be happy with this hotel. Otherwise, I¿d go elsewhere.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. However the first room we were given had paint peeling from the ceiling, there were stains on the pillowcases as well as STINK BUGS. There were 3 that we found in the room, being in there for a total of 10 minutes. Immediately called to get a new room, thankfully the staff was accommodating and apologized, we got a new room. The second room was in much better condition, and no bugs!

Positive: I like how everything looks quite new and modern and not stuffy at all. The lobby was well designed for a family friendly and communal space with games available. Negative: I found the breakfast and coffee table to be missing things several things and had to ask staff to restock. It's not a big deal since staff has a lot to do but that's the only thing that was not running smoothly and ideally.
