If I could give it 0 stars- definitely would. Got there 10:30pm with a reservation that was booked well in advanced. Took 4 tries to FINALLY get a room that has been picked up. Each room they sent us to was dirtier and dirtier. No beds made, towels in bathroom on floor, garbage all over just absolutely disgusting. While we were waiting there was another couple there that were trying to check in and had reservations in advance as well but NO CLEAN rooms for them. The GM(Kristine) absolutely horrible. She herself needs to be fires. Please STAY AWAY if possible!!

You could tell it was old. The elevator seemed like it was on its last leg. Things that could be cleaned were clean: bed linens, towels, shower curtain. The towels were rough and the pillow hurt my neck. Service was fine. They knew what they were doing and got us situated promptly. The hotel itself just need a pretty big updating.

Positive: The room was dope. The set up was relaxing. Recently sleep has been a struggle but the bed had me out peacefully !! It was super comfortable. Someone was always at the front desk when i needed assistance. They were kind &helpful. Breakfast super valid. Negative: I didn¿t like that i had to slam my door for it to be full shut. Also there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.

Decently clean, we had a suite room. Had a nice little seat by the window and a big mirror behind the bed. Staff was nice and pleasant to deal with. No bugs that I saw, checked the bed and drawers as well.
