I made an appointment last month for my appointment today. And that’s understandable when you have a good doctor. I took off work to make this appointment. When I get there I stand in line to sign in. When it was my turn I let the receptionist know that I was there for a 3:30 appointment with my doctor. She looks at the computer screen for minute and then tells me that my doctor is out for the day. She then says that they notified her patients. Well I was not notified. This was a big waste of time and very unprofessional. The ball was dropped and not by me.

I was advised by the front staff not to make an appointment to just walk in that I would be seen quicker than waiting for the 11am appointment. It took me almost 4 hours to be seen, I would go anywhere but here. We won't be going back.

I went Back to see the doctor i saw Back in July this past Saturday for back pain that i had Since Wednesday and first there was no one at the front desk and the lady that came up there was really nice but then i got Called back by a nurse and she was rude the entire 10 minutes i was There acting like my question were stupid acting like my boyfriends questions were stupid and we couldn’t possibly know what it was but then she told me that they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have the equipment they didn’t refer me anywhere else they just told me to go to the ER but i never Once saw the doctor i went There because they called Saturday morning saying he was in and that i could See him but he didn’t even come in the room the nurse did all the talking and i just Think that’s not okay at all they also acted like it was an inconvenience that i was There but mind you there was no one in the waiting room

2 weeks ago I had blood work done and a stool sample taken. The results were in last week and no one called me about them so I called several times with no answer and left a message and still no call. Today I went by there to talk to someone about my results and I was told they would call me. Not even 10 minutes after I left I got a text message saying that my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. Don't know what I am taking them for or what they even are because still no one has contacted me. How can you be a doctor's office and give out prescriptions and don't even notify the patient about it
