Yes, but only one discount can be applied. So if catch something on sale at an already discounted price, you can not stack a second discount to further lower the price.
It normally depends on your insurance. There is a "Silver Sneakers" program available through most insurances that will make your cost only $29.99 a month. Also gives you access to other recs throughout the nation. It's better to call them directly for more details!. Hope this helps!
