Great experience from beginning to end. I called them first to talk about pricing for the service I was requesting and they were very friendly on the phone. They sent me reminders for my appointment and they were cordial and nice when I dropped off/picked up my car. I got an oil change and they gave me a sticker with my next oil change estimated date on it (which I’ve had to request at other places bc they would forget). 100% recommend!

There was one mechanic who was very rude. I came to this business for the customer service that was previously received at a different location. The mechanic was very upset that I was parked in the parking lot, while I was waiting for a tow truck to come pick up the vehicle that I had paid money to be looked at. I will not be returning to this location.

I took my car to CBA to have them align it. While doing the inspection they found some other problems with my vehicle that were going to prevent them from aligning it! Lewis was most professional with me an allowed me to contact my personal mechanic to get their second opinion. They treated me with the highest amount of respect. Honestly, you don’t find that at many places so it’s awesome that I found one. I will be bringing my vehicle in for future repairs that my mechanic can’t do! I will also be recommending CBA to my friends and family! Thank you for making a great experience out of an unforeseen and unfortunate circumstance!
