Ordered online for store pick up for tires that stated in stock at that location. Get an email confirmation stating a week and half out. I call them and their solution is to have me buy the tires again there in store since they have them and I cancel my online order. Seriously, the system is messed up if that is their only solution. Extremely poor customer service. This is not on the staff but the lack of outlets they have to correct issues from the corporation.

Very good experience. Destroyed a tire @ seven on a Saturday night. Trying to find a tire shop open on Sundays. After calling every where in Olathe, remembered them. When I arrived, the tech actually checked availability. Didn't try to upsell. Only took them an hour to change all 4 tires, and I was #3 in line when I got there

Affordable, fast and efficient. I barely had time to grab lunch, and they had all four tires replaced. Couldn't be happier

Called before coming... said they were NOT busy. Then got there and the lady said they were backed up for the rest of the day???? It was only a 10-15 min window

$30-$50 for oil changes (unless you need more than 4 quarts) depending on what kind of oil you want. $15 for a flat repair.
They don't take appointments on any day, including Sunday. It's first come first serve.
Seriously.... Don't get any service here, they left they oil plug loose on my car, it almost cost me a lot of money because I tried to save 10 dollars
