I popped in here to look about getting the exhaust on my truck aligned back to where it should be. Should have stuck my head under there myself, instead of assuming the worst. This places feels like your trusted “uncle’s car shop/mechanic” and in todays world the honesty feels so rare. Last year someone cut off both converters from my daughters Subaru and they got her right in, and replaced both very quickly, didn’t charge us much more than the parts themselves and we were very happy. This year she had a bracket come lose from her heat shield, that caused some noise when accelerating. We took it to a shop near our house and they could not diagnose the noise but had a list of other “issues” for us along with a diagnosis charge even though the reason we came in, was not diagnosed. We took it to a Subaru dealership and they diagnosed but referred us to Baileys, because it was an exhaust issue more suited for them. Again, they got us right in, fixed the issue and we are very happy and appreciative! I will continue to take my cars here and would highly recommend to my friends and family.
