I rarely if ever take the time to leave someone a negative review, as it is not something I believe is productive or helpful, however, I have been constantly overcharged at this store and when I tried to bring it to the owners attention, …I responded to Ms. Bliss and asked her to please tell me what the error is. She will not. I cannot find the error so I refunded the ENTIRE $100 reciept and yet she continues to harass and be abusive. She has 100% percent manufactured the story that I called her a liar, was defensive unkind, or negative. My point of sale software only allows me to respond to her feedback, as can be seen in the screenshots, and I did not have her direct email until today. I also have security cam footage of me explaining to her as she was cashing out the way I charged her $6 bracelet as a $4 stone so that she would have the description. I showed her the screen, asked if it made sense, and she said yes. I clearly state that I want to make sure she understood, she nods affirmatively. Its very clear to me that her only objective is just to wager unrelenting abuse.
