Don't work there. Bad place to work. 6 day work week. No 401k or union. Management horrible. Push push push. Onsite manager doesn't run like owner wants. Some Office personal make own hours but get full pay due family of office manager. Some employees are drunk or high on job. Drama and physical threats made to people on camera and nothing done about the people making threats because family member to plant manager. Good people get let go and trash stays.
