Very doughy and no flavor. The cheese version is like a bland ricotta. Potato and onion tasted just like potato. Still have the blueberry and potato & cheese left in my fridge to try.

I've never done it just keep your eye on it and it should be ok. Use alot of butter ti keep from drying out.
