Dunkin makes the absolute worst most bottom of the barrel donuts. At least the breakfast sandwich was good. And the restaurant was clean.

On Father’s Day 6/19/22 around 4:00pm My family went to the Dunkin’s at 11 Pierce St. West Springfield to get Ice Coffees. They first were told of a shift change and a short wait. After a long wait they pointed out that the drive thru line was getting very long. At this point a women told them they were told they could get service inside. ( they weren’t). And they were told of a LONG wait. ( They weren’t). So they parked the car and tried to go inside. They locked the doors and wouldn’t let them or any other customers in. They refused to give their names or the name of the Manager for that location. They came home empty handed and very upset. Why would you tell people to go inside and then lock the doors? Disgusting!!!!

Soy Milk

Drive thru time made it feel like they must have been real busy. Got my drink pretty quickly -- completely different drink than requested. Got a bacon egg and cheese -- with hair baked in between the bagel. Ordered two donuts -- one was the wrong one. Never. Going. Back. Again. (to this location)
