3 inches of bubblewrap around the box inside box is not enough for these clowns. They took a damaged package for claim investigation, damaged it much more while investigating. 🤦♂️ UPDATE: The UPS responses here “please contact us…” are useless. I contacted them , and those agents have no idea what they’re doing, at first there saying “contact the sender” then “we understand your package was lost but tracking shows it was delivered” . Total mess.

Decent place, the worker that accepted my package was helpful but it's hard to get here. You have to make a circle around these back roads because it's only accessible from a one-way street. Gave it a 3 because you cannot call these places and the automated phone service is an ABOMINATION. Seriously I they deserve 0 stars. You can't speak to anyone or ask general questions without a 15 minute wait and going through at least 5 phone prompts where you ask for a human and it tells you it doesn't recognize that and then asks if you'd like to speak to a human representative. You say yes and it puts you through 2 more automated machines. What? Imagine you had 1 IQ and wanted to make it as challenging as possible for quick, simple questions to be asked. That's UPS!

Really messed up that the only time I can go get my package (after they didn’t bother knocking while delivering for a package that needs a signature- left a note and went on their merry way) is between 7:30 and 8:30 pm. I’m a full time student and work full time. I don’t have time to take an hour trip for this.

UPS overall service has taken a deep dive. I recently paid extra for a 10:30 guaranteed delivery. UPS delivered two hours after and my calls to the service center have been unanswered. Going to the local UPS office didn't help either as it was not staffed!

Do a will call and you can pick it up. (Ups driver)
Saturday this UPS in West Springfield is open Saturday 10 til 1 for PICK UP ONLY Hope this helps
You need to call them and find out if they extended hours for the holiday
Ups will ship package up to 150 lbs
It has to be brand new no oil or gas in it ever.....its handled like any other package
